Mustard Oil.

Mustard oil is the best pure and healthy oil in India.  There are two types of this.  Black mustard oil, yellow mustard oil.  And they are also produced in the market in two ways.  By modern machine, and traditional cold process.

Modern machine

This machine grinds mustard seed and extracts maximum oil from it and reduces the quality of oil by about four to five percent.

Cold process

This oil is extracted by cold process in the conventional way.  Mustard seed is not heated in this process.  And due to adequate pressure, oil comes out.  The quality of which remains persistent

सरसों का तेल।

सरसों का तेल भारत में सबसे अच्छा शुद्ध और स्वस्थ तेल है। इसके दो प्रकार हैं। काली सरसों का तेल, पीली सरसों का तेल। और वे भी बाजार में दो तरह से उत्पादित होते हैं। आधुनिक मशीन, और पारंपरिक ठंड प्रक्रिया द्वारा। आधुनिक मशीन यह मशीन सरसों के बीज को पीसती है और उसमें से अधिकतम तेल निकालती है और तेल की गुणवत्ता को लगभग चार से पांच प्रतिशत कम कर देती है। ठंड की प्रक्रिया इस तेल को ठंडी प्रक्रिया द्वारा पारंपरिक तरीके से निकाला जाता है। इस प्रक्रिया में सरसों के बीज को गर्म नहीं किया जाता है। और पर्याप्त दबाव के कारण तेल निकलता है। जिसकी गुणवत्ता लगातार बनी हुई है
